Martha and Judy are up from San Diego. They stopped overnight in Fresno for a visit with Ben and Karen. He is showing significant improvement at the rehabilitation facility.
The atmospheric river has come off the Pacific. Heavy rain fell in the Bay Area this morning with ten feet of visibility on the highway. The rain subsided on the east side of the Altamont Pass, but a soaking rain continued across the valley and into the foothills. We may have a window of partly sunny skies tomorrow, as opposed to partly cloudy skies, with another storm due on Thursday.
