Before church I applied Preen to widest part of front slope garden and watered it in. I hope to catch the rain coming through next week to settle the Preen into the ground. MJ called tonight and she is coming to weed in another few weeks. I promised her that notwithstanding the Preen she would have plenty of weeding to do.
I went back to Oakland by Twin Cities Road and through the Delta towns north of the Rio Vista bridge. That road brings peace to my soul like none other.
